Yes. Our market valuation is a free, no-obligation service for people considering selling or simply wanting to understand their property’s value.
How long does it take?

Is this the same as a bank or court valuation?
No. Ours is a professional opinion of likely market value to guide your decisions. If you need a formal valuation for a lender, court, insurer or tax purposes, a registered valuer is required, and we can introduce one.
